One of the coolest and most amazing events I've ever attended!
So many bronies in one place, it was impossible to not smile and make friends. Arts and Crafts Room shoutout! (Best smelling room, Funnest room, Applebloom Applebloom Applebloom.) This convention was different from others in more than just the theme. The people it catered to, more specifically bronies, are a different kind of people from many that you might encounter in a different type of convention. Not only did the swag make this convention different from the others, or how connected the voice actors and artists are to the fans, but the sheer amount of people that reflected the attitude of 'Friendship is Magic' to all they encountered during that time made for a unique and unforgettable experience.
It's not everyday you get to meet the most famous and talented of the fan base's artists and musicians either. And I don't mean just on the other side of a autograph booth or merchant table, but being able to actually interact and run into them in an everyday situation was a real, and shockingly common, occurrence at this con. It's not everyday that you pass and brohoof Daniel Ingram and Silva hound on your way to 7/11 or the other convention side. It's not everyday you share an elevator with John Joseco going to a music event, or sharing an elevator again with Yelling at Cats on your way to your hotel room. And that's not even counting the other encounters my friend and I had with the voice actors from the show and other musicians from the fandom while doing other things! That novelty of meeting someone that made differences in your life and impacted you in positive ways for 2 YEARS now in a candid and honest fashion was a rare and unforgettable treat that I will treasure.

I also cosplayed as Tom and it was one of the funnest damn things I've ever done in my life!
